Why it matters

AI assistants quote the passage that most directly answers the question, and they usually look near the top. A page that opens with company history gives them nothing to lift.

How to fix it, step by step

Quick fix — usually under ten minutes, no developer needed.

  1. 1Work out the exact question this page answers.
  2. 2Write the answer as the first sentence. Directly, without preamble.
  3. 3Use the second sentence for the essential qualifier — price, area, timeframe.
  4. 4Move the background and the brand story further down. It is not deleted, just not first.

How to know it worked

Read only the first two sentences. If they answer the question on their own, it is right.
