White-label dashboard

The dashboard your client logs into should say your name

Not a white-labeled PDF. The screen itself — your logo, your colours, your domain — with every client site, its conversion data, its Search Console briefs and its AI-crawler access on one page.

Every client on one screen

One login, every domain you manage, each with its own score, its own task queue and its own history. Switching client re-resolves the whole screen — and if nothing is selected it asks rather than guessing.

Your logo, your colours, your domain

The dashboard your client logs into carries your brand, not ours. Defaults are neutral greys rather than CRO9 green, so an un-configured account never shows your client somebody else’s identity.

Reports that go out under your name

The daily brief, the AI-visibility report and the monthly summary are sent from your sending identity with your mark on them.

A task queue, not a dashboard to interpret

Each client gets a ranked list of what to change, cheapest first, with the exact copy to paste. You approve; CRO9 publishes.

The number your client will ask about

Whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read their site, which of them are refused, and what is doing the refusing.

Nothing you cannot check

Every figure traces to a source: Search Console, GA4, or a request we made and can show you. No blended scores, no numbers we cannot defend.

See it on a real site

Run the scan a client would see

The AI-visibility check is the part of this dashboard nobody else has. Run it on any domain — no login, no card — and you are looking at exactly what your client would.

Questions agencies ask

Is the dashboard itself white-labeled, or just the reports?
The dashboard. Most tools white-label the exported PDF and leave their own brand on the screen the client logs into, which is the one the client actually remembers. Your logo, your colours and your domain are on the interface.
What happens before I configure my branding?
Defaults are neutral greys, never CRO9 green. An un-configured agency account must never show your client somebody else’s identity, so the fallback is anonymous rather than ours.
How many client sites can one account hold?
An agency plan has no per-site cap and no per-seat charge. You are billed per client domain you add, not per person on your team.
Can my client see data from another client?
No. Every query is scoped by site, and the dashboard refuses to guess which site it is showing — if a selection is missing or no longer valid it asks rather than defaulting to whichever row came back first.
What can I show a client that other tools cannot?
Whether six named AI crawlers can read their site right now, and what is refusing the ones that cannot — a Cloudflare rule, a robots.txt line or an origin block are three different fixes and we name which one it is.
