1. Agreement

By creating an account or using CRO9 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

CRO9 provides website conversion tracking, analytics, forms, and related optimization tools. You install a tracking script on sites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect and for providing any notices or consent required in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law. Plan limits are described on our pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to track sites without authorization, to collect sensitive personal data unlawfully, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to disrupt its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data

You own the data you collect through the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

6. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketOpp LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
