Who we are

CRO9 is operated by RocketOpp LLC. This policy explains how we handle information for our account holders and for visitors to sites that run the CRO9 tracker.

Information we process

Account data: your name, email, and billing details (billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

Visitor data (on behalf of our customers): the CRO9 tracker collects behavioral signals — page views, scroll depth, clicks, device and browser type, referrer, and similar — to produce analytics for the site owner. It is privacy-first: it does not require cookies and offers GDPR and CCPA consent modes. Site owners are the controllers of their visitor data; CRO9 is the processor.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, deliver analytics and reports, communicate with you, and process payments. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, Stripe for payments, and — where you connect them — Google Analytics/Search Console and your CRM). Each is bound to protect the data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Visitors seeking to exercise rights should contact the site owner (the data controller); we will assist our customers in responding.
